Mint Sauce/ Dressing

Servings: 1 /2 cup

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Mint leaves Spearmint or common mint
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp ACV
  • 1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • Salt to season
  • 1/2 tsp Honey

Method
 

  1. Roughly chop up the Mint leaves and add to a Mortar and Pestle
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and grind to a combined dressing.
  3. Taste and add more lemon, honey, or salt to balance if needed.
